Odisha: Modi To Campaign On March 29 And April 1

Bhubaneswar: Star campaigner of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Prime Minister and Narendra Modi will visit Odisha twice in coming weeks to campaign for his party. The first-phase of Assembly and Lok Sabha polls in Odisha is scheduled on April 11.

State BJP spokesperson Golak Mahapatra said that Prime Minister will visit Jeypore in Koraput district on March 29 and then Kalahandi on April 1 to address public meetings.

He said prior to the Prime Minister’s visit, six central leaders and Union ministers — Radha Mohan Singh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Raj Kumar Singh, Ram Vichar Netam, Sanjay Paswan and Jayant Sinha — are also scheduled to visit Odisha on March 27 to campaign for the party.
