CM Hands Over Appointment Letters To New State Cadre Civil Servants

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister today handed over appointment letters to a total of 102 candidates who successfully qualified Odisha Civil Service Examination, 2017 during a special orientation programme at Jayadev Bhawan.
Chief Minister Naveen Pattnaik today instructed the newly appointed civil services officials to focus on 5Ts adding Time and Transformation to 3Ts (Transparency, Teamwork, Technology) in administration for development of people in Odisha. CM said that his government is of the people. People’s welfare is the main focus of his government’s development programmes being implemented.
The 102 newly recruited Officers include 42 women, 13 SEBC, 21 SC & 22 ST and four numbers of physically challenged candidates. The appointment letter was distributed after the newly appointed officers underwent training at the Gopabandhu Administrative Academy, Madhusudan Das Regional Academy of Financial Management and Biju Patnaik State Police Academy
